The Earth Clouds, Aerosol, and Radiation Explorer (EarthCARE) is a satellite mission jointly developed by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) European Space (ESA). One challenging feature of this observation Doppler velocity Cloud Profiling Radar (EC-CPR). measurement accuracy affected random errors induced broadening due to finite beamwidth folding caused pulse repetition frequency.
